About

Humanity at the Heart is a safe space for the ever-growing community of professionals, practitioners and organisations who are involved in or curious about using principles of self-organisation to change the way they work.

Whether you work in health and social care or any other public service, if you’re interested in knowing how self-organising teams can help you to produce great outcomes and enriched jobs in sustainable ways, then you're in the right place.

You might be interested in just one principle you've heard about and using that within your workplace or you might be looking for significant organisational change inspired by different models of self-organised team work.

Wherever you are on your journey, this community will offer invaluable help - from inspiration to information, and from making the change to sustaining it.

This is a safe space to learn from and with others and to share each other’s experiences, achievements and challenges and to find the answers to your questions.

It's also somewhere you can easily access useful information and resources in the one place.

We welcome you to our community and look forward to getting to know you!

What You Will Find Here

We know there are resources scattered far and wide across the internet in articles, books, videos and social media but we also know how busy you are. That's why we want to provide you with one space where all of that is available to you in an easy to use and find format.

In addition we want to share events and training that we think you might be interested in as well as case studies and useful evaluation data.

We value the input of each and every one of the community members and what they can bring to all of our learning. With that in mind there are various groups for you to use for peer to peer conversation and sharing.
